ABOUT US
Texas Baptist Home for Children is a foster care and adoption agency that cares for hundreds of children who have experienced abuse or neglect. Since 1910, TBHC has been instrumental in helping children who have been victims of neglect or abuse find healing in Christ. We’re committed to the family and believe it is a story sent from God about how He loves and cares for each and every one of us. It is our purpose to see to it that this story never dies. He has called our staff, supporters, and volunteers to fight for the protection and preservation of the sanctity of the family. We’re excited to invite you along on our journey toward giving these children hope and a future.

The inaugural Benefit Bash in honor of Texas Baptist Home for Children (TBHC), has a mission to increase community knowledge and promote involvement in the Permian Basin. Children in the Permian Basin who have experienced abuse or neglect, can benefit from foster care and adoption through TBHC. In 2022 TBHC opened an office in the Permian Basin area to help tackle this need locally. The TBHC Foster Care Program is funded by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, businesses, the Baptist Missionary Association of Texas, the Southern Baptist of Texas Convention, churches and other loving individuals.
